  68. All people are permitted and encouraged to give copies of the complete FFF
  69. package to friends and co-workers as long as no fee is charged.

  71. Disk vendors who are Approved Vendor Members of the Association of
  72. Shareware Professionals (ASP) may, without prior permission, include the
  73. FFF package in their libraries and distribute evaluation copies via mail
  74. order and direct sales for their normal disk fees. Disk vendors who are not
  75. members of the ASP, and vendors wishing to sell the FFF package on in-store
  76. racks or on CD-ROM collections *MUST* obtain written permission before
  77. distributing FFF.

  79. All Bulletin Boards and Electronic Communications Services may post the FFF
  80. package for downloading by their customers unless notified otherwise by us.
